Shipping and Delivery Policies


(A) Shipping and Handling

1) All handling are $0 (Zero cost). That is, all shipping materials and product/s handling are 100% free of charge.

2) All Retail Orders are FREE SHIPPING from $85 (Note: Main Land USA only). Boxes are amply sized, and well parkaged, and your items are well-protected.

3) Wholesale/Bulk Orders purchases is not included in free shipping deal, as they are already heavily discounted for real real cheap). Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. (Note: Orders over 400 lbs are shipped via LTL (Less-than-Truck-Load), and additional shipping fee will apply where necessary. Contact us for more info).

4) Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment.

5) Shipping is via USPS, UPS Ground or FEDEX with (free) tracking added to the order for customer's convinience. 

 

 

6) We ship worldwide.

We will accept orders and Ship to you if:

1) PayPal accepts payments from your location.

2) USPS, UPS or FEDEX has good delivery presence within your location.

Note: Shipping cost will vary depending on the carrier used (you can chose your own carrier too, if you have preference).

(B) Delivery

1) All purchased orders are marked Priority, and shipped Priority. We are always on time!

2) ***Priority shipping Delivery date is 3 – 4 business days from shipping date (shipping date is within a 2 day period starting to count immidiately full payment is received. Note: This is for all USA main land retail order purchases.


3) we do not ship on weekends or holidays. all orders placed during this time are taking care of on the next business day ( i.e Monday or the next Non Holiday business day following)

4) **All orders placed after the hour of 2 pm (Eastern Time USA), will be processed and shipped out on the following work or business day.

5) Priority to Canada is 5 – 6 business days from shipping date (shipping date is within a 2 day period starting to count immidiately full payment is received.).

6) Worldwide priority shipping is standard 5 – 10 business days depending on the location.

 

 

(C) Return

We provide full 30 days return policy (starting on the date of product shipping).

 If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. 

1) **100% full refund, or product exchange will be provided. Whichever option is prefered by the valued customer.

2) **Ginika must receive the returned purchased item/s in the same condition it was packaged and shipped and received by customer, in order for the 100% full refund or product exchange to apply.

3) **The full return shipping cost is at the customer's expense.

4) After 30 days from shipping date, refund or product exchange is no longer applicable.
